My personal training studio is located in the historic Maggi-Areal in The Valley - one of the best-known innovation and business locations in the region.
The input takes place via House number 5, opposite the Tesla charging station. The studio is located in the 3rd floor. Directly at Valley Fitness.
Kemptthal train station is less than a 5-minute walk away and there is parking for visitors (for a fee).
