HYROX Double

From the training plan together to the HYROX finish line

As a coach and personal trainer, I support athletes not only in my studio near Winterthur, but also where performance is visible: in competition. One client came to me with a clear goal - she wanted to take part in a HYROX race for the first time. This quickly turned into an even stronger vision: we would start together as a double team.

Over the course of three months, we focused on endurance, strength, technique and mental strength. With structured training plans, clear intermediate goals and continuous feedback, we gradually developed not only physical performance, but also genuine confidence in our own strength.

It was clear on the day of the competition:

We were not primarily concerned with minutes or placings. It was about training together, working together, continuing together despite fatigue and achieving more as a team than would have been possible alone.

The result:

A successfully completed HYROX, new personal performance limits - and an experience that goes far beyond classic coaching. Training together during this time (in her studio in Kemptthal and at Valley Fitness) was great. Process over outcome.

In April 2024, Antonella came to me with a clear goal: she wanted to lose weight, feel good in her own body again and do so in a healthy, sustainable way - without short-term diets or radical methods.

Together we developed an individual weight loss coaching program that could be realistically integrated into her everyday life with her 100% workload in marketing at a large corporation. The focus was on a clear structure, regular training (twice a week together in the Valley Fitness), a targeted increase in daily exercise outside the gym and a consistently implemented ketogenic diet strategy over twelve weeks.

Before the start, we carried out a detailed body analysis to record the initial situation and objectives in a measurable way. On this basis, we accompanied the process:

  • Individual strength and endurance training (2× per week)
  • movement strategies suitable for everyday use
  • structured nutritional support
  • Regular check-ins and adjustments
  • clearly defined intermediate goals

The result after 12 weeks:

  • 12 kg body weight
  • Significantly increased energy and resilience
  • More visible muscle definition

In addition, she built up 2 kg of muscle mass during this period, which further increased the visible loss of body fat and improved performance.
